Conveniently located in the heart of the Argoat region of Brittany and set in 7 acres of lawned and wooded grounds are our 17th Century Farmhouse and Cottage, in the tranquil hamlet of La Villeneuve.
Both gites are completely independent, the former sleeping seven plus one infant and the latter sleeping four. Combined, these would also suit a family or group of eleven. The accommodation has been completely refurbished to a very high standard to provide a comfortable and secluded holiday retreat.
Facilities
Both the cottages are decorated and furnished to a high standard, and are well equipped with many modern appliances including a full cooker, microwave, dishwashers, UK Satellite TV, DVD/video recorders and a CD stereo system.
We offer the perfect environment for you to explore the region or simply relax in the spacious grounds or around the pool.

Location
La Villeneuve is located within easy reach of many French Channel ports and is only 1 hour/2 hours' drive from Dinard/Brest airports respectively. Both airports have regular low cost airline flights from the UK.
